Reviews Up Agency Select Program is launched:

Reviews Up’s Agency Select plan enabled the digital agency to take control of key channels that were readily available and had been managing. These channels included Google My Business (GMB) and Facebook business pages.  

Additionally, the Reviews Up proprietary channel offered the agency the ability to drive more feedback for customers by offering an alternate option for leaving and promoting this feedback across various marketing outlets.  This RU channel increased their client’s feedback conversion by a 35% simply by providing their clients an alternate option to seamlessly leave feedback.  A larger percent of the market doesn’t have Google or FB and cannot leave a review, while others that do may prefer to not promote their feedback on these mainstream reputation channels.  

After setting up their client accounts, Reviews Up allowed the Agency and their clients to engage customers via active and passive methods.  Active tools included sending digital invitations via text message (SMS) or email to verified customers while offering options for preferred channels of choice.  Passive tools included QR codes that were strategically placed at customer locations using door and desk signage, engaging stickers and traditional business cards.  Once activating all tools the reviews started rolling in for client locations.

The AI powered Smart Response feature sent quick alerts to Agency staff or clients when feedback was received and curated response suggestions based on rating for replying in seconds. Agency dashboards allow the Agency to customize these response suggestions for their clients to ensure a more personalized and organic reply.  The Smart response service can be offered as a managed solution for their clients and generate added revenue to the reputation management program.

By leveraging the Reviews Up WordPress plugin the Agency was able to quickly and securely integrate key marketing widgets (Floating, Horizontal and Full-Page) on their client’s WordPress websites.
